Here at Bindjareb Park we are committed to using and elevating the profile of native ingredients. We grow many species of bush food from across Australia in our park which ends up on the plate of our visitors.
Our specialties include spicy nut kangaroo, native herb crusted kangaroo with native pepper and lemon myrtle & Tasmanian pepper squid.
Also available is a range of seasonal bush foods including damper and seafood infused with native herbs and spices.
